What's new in the Business Space? February 2026

Welcome to our latest update! We've been hard at work improving Banqup to make your financial management easier and more efficient. Here's what's new this month:

New features

Automatic supplier due date and payment method

Save time when processing purchase invoices. If our system doesn't detect a due date or payment method on an uploaded invoice, it will now automatically use the defaults you've set for that supplier in your Business Partner settings. No more manual entry for recurring suppliers! When creating an invoice on Banqup, you can now also set a preferred payment method.

Add multiple GLN identifiers

You can now add and manage more company information, like Global Location Numbers (GLNs) and share capital. This is useful if your business uses GLN for identification across different locations or purposes. If you have multiple GLNs, you can either manage them all in one Business Space, or you can create a separate Business Space for each GLN. GLNs can also be used as Peppol IDs for e-invoicing.

Improvements

  • Documents now sort by most recent first
All document tabs (Sales, Purchases, Quotes, and Receipts) now show your most recently created documents at the top. No more scrolling to find what you just worked on.

  • Cancel pending user invitations
Sent an invitation to the wrong person? You can now cancel pending invitations before they're accepted. Just find the invited user in your Users list and select "Cancel invite" from the actions menu.

  • Add the invoice reference field with your keyboard
You can now use the TAB key (or the ENTER key) to add the Invoice reference field when creating or editing credit notes. This makes data entry quicker.

  • Product "Description" in Document Creator is now "Item Name"
We've renamed the "Description" field to "Item Name" in the Document Creator to better reflect what it does when pulling from your Product Catalog. → Read more about creating documents with Document Creator and the Product Catalog

  • Branding changes reserved for Administrators
To keep your brand consistent, only users with the Administrator role can now edit your space's branding and name settings. → Read more about user roles
