Activating the Zenvoices connection

Set up automatic invoice sharing between Banqup and Zenvoices. Learn how to activate and configure the connection

Connect Banqup with Zenvoices to automatically send your invoices to your accounting package. This guide walks you through the activation process and required permissions.

Prerequisites

Before connecting, ensure you have:

  • Appropriate permissions in Zenvoices:

    • API > Inbox access

    • API > Companies > List access

  • Your company code from Zenvoices.

  • Administrator access in both platforms.

Note: Permissions can be configured in Zenvoices under Manage > Organisation > Users.

Step-by-step activation

  1. Go to the Banqup Store:

    • Via the app launcher, by clicking on Discover more.
      Or:

    • By clicking on your business' name at the top-right of your screen, then clicking on Manage space > Extensions > Discover more.

  2. Look for Zenvoices:

    • Look for Zenvoices in the list of extensions.
      Or:

    • Use the search bar to find the extension.

  3. Install the extension:

    • Click on the Zenvoices extension, then click on Install.

    • On the next screen, Confirm that you want to go on with the installation.

  4. Configure the connection by entering:

    • Username

    • Password

    • Organisation code

    • Company code (found in Zenvoices under Manage > Organisation -> Companies)

    • Provide authentication details

    • Click on Save configuration. The installation is complete and you can start receiving your Banqup invoices in Zenvoices.

Important notes

  • The company code is your unique identifier in Zenvoices.

  • Connection status can be monitored in the Extensions area.

  • Documents will start being exported automatically once connected.

How to verify permissions

  1. Log in to Zenvoices.

  2. Go to Manage > Organisation > Users.

  3. Click the list icon next to your user.

  4. Verify required permissions are enabled.

Can I connect multiple companies?

Yes, each Banqup space can be connected to its corresponding Zenvoices company.

What happens to existing documents?

Only new documents will be synchronised after the connection is configured.

How do I know if the connection is working?

You can verify if your invoices are coming through to Zenvoices.
