Connect your Banqup space with Exact Online to automatically sync your business documents. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Exact Online.
Installing the extension
Open the app launcher.
Click Discover more.
Search for "Exact Online".
Click Install.
Confirm access permissions.
Connecting to Exact Online
Click on Sign in with Exact Online and log in.
After logging in, enter the Company Code (it is located at the top-left of your Exact Online dashboard - next to your company name).
Your Exact Online account is now connected. Your documents will be synced.
Important: It's best to select the current AND future administrations. There is a limitation with the Exact Online API that only the latest connection will remain valid. Therefore, it’s important to re-use the connection you’re creating for other Exact Online integrations as well.
Disconnecting Exact Online
If you need to disconnect your Google Drive account:
Go to the Exact Online extension in Banqup.
Click Manage.
Toggle of the Active setting.
Confirm your decision.
Notes
Document synchronization occurs automatically for approved or sent documents.
Original documents remain in Banqup even after syncing to Exact Online.
FAQ
Can I sync historical documents?
No, only the documents arriving in your Banqup space after activating the extension will be synced.
What file format are the documents synced in?
Documents are synced in e-fff format.
