Connect the Banqup Business Space of your clients (from within your Partner Space) to Exact Online to automatically export your clients’ documents. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Exact Online.
Step 1: Installing the extension
Open the app launcher from your Partner Space.
Click Discover more.
Search for "Exact Online".
Click Install.
Confirm access permissions.
Step 2: Configuring the extension
To complete the connection between Banqup and Exact Online:
Click Sign in with Exact Online and log in.
Once done, you’ll receive confirmation that the installation was successful.
Important
Due to a limitation in the Exact Online API, only the latest connection will remain valid. Reuse the same connection for all Exact Online integrations.
Step 3: Activating the extension for a client
Now that you’ve configured the extension, activate it for specific clients:
Go to Clients.
Double-click on a client.
Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click Add integration.
Select Exact Online.
Enter the Company Code (you’ll find it Exact Online).
Click Save configurations.
Notes on accounts
Exact Online only allows one account per Banqup space.
If you connect more than one Banqup space to a single Exact Online account, the previous connection will be disconnected and must be recreated manually.
To connect multiple Banqup spaces, use a different Exact Online account for each.
Disconnecting Exact Online
If you need to disconnect the Exact Online integration for all your clients:
Go to the Exact Online extension in Banqup.
Click Manage.
Toggle off the Active setting.
Confirm your decision.
Notes
Exporting documents occurs automatically for documents approved or sent after activating the extension.
Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Exact Online.
FAQ
Can I export historical documents?
No, only the documents arriving in your Banqup space after activating the extension will be exported.
What file format are the documents exported in?
Documents are exported in Peppol BIS 3.0 UBL format.
