Note: This article is intended for Business Space users. If you’re an accountant, please refer instead to the article in the Integrations for Accountants section.

Connect your Banqup space with Exact Online to automatically export your business documents and Enriched Movement Reports. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Exact Online.

Installing the extension

  1. Open the app launcher.

  2. Search for "Exact Online".

  3. Click Install.

  4. Confirm access permissions.

Exact Online only allows to use one account per Banqup space. If you connect more than one Banqup space to an Exact Online account, it will result in a disconnection from previously connected spaces. Those connections will need to be recreated manually.
To connect multiple Banqup spaces to Exact Online, please use a different Exact Online account for each.

Connecting to Exact Online

  1. Click on Sign in with Exact Online and log in.

  2. After logging in, enter the Company Code (it is located at the top-left of your Exact Online dashboard - next to your company name).

  3. Your Exact Online account is now connected.

Important: It's best to select the current AND future administrations. There is a limitation with the Exact Online API that only the latest connection will remain valid. Therefore, it’s important to re-use the connection you’re creating for other Exact Online integrations as well.

Disconnecting Exact Online

If you need to disconnect your Google Drive account:

  1. Go to the Exact Online extension in Banqup.

  2. Click Manage.

  3. Toggle of the Active setting.

  4. Confirm your decision.

Notes

  • Document export occurs automatically for approved or sent documents.

  • Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Exact Online.
