  2. View scheduled items such as direct debits and planned payments.

Transaction details

Each transaction can be examined in detail:

  • Double-click any transaction to see full information.

  • View the reference.

  • Check processing dates.

  • See the status.

Tip: You can also customize the columns to display relevant information without opening the details of a transaction.

Transaction statuses

Each transaction on your payment account shows a status so you know where it stands:

  • Booked: the transaction is complete and booked on your account.

  • Reserved: the amount is set aside for a payment that is still being processed (for example a card payment). It is not yet finally debited.

  • Planned: a payment scheduled for a future date that has not gone out yet.

  • Canceled: the transaction was cancelled and will not be executed.

  • Rejected: the transaction could not be completed, for example because of insufficient funds or incorrect details.

FAQ

How far back can I view transactions?

You can go back as far as the earliest transactions of your Banqup Business Account. For linked bank accounts, how far back you can go depends on your bank.

Can I export statements?

You can export statements for your Banqup Business Account. For linked bank accounts, you can generate a transactions report for a given timeframe.

What information is shown in transaction details?

You can view counterparty, payment references, account number, dates, amounts, and processing status.

What's the difference between my booked balance and my available balance?

Your booked balance is the total of everything actually booked on your account. Your available balance is what you can still spend: it is the booked balance minus any amounts reserved for payments that are still being processed (available balance = booked balance − reserved amount). Card payments reserve funds immediately, while the matching debit can be booked a few hours later, so the two balances can differ for a short while.
