Connect your Banqup Business space to Microsoft OneDrive to automatically sync your business documents. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Microsoft OneDrive.
Installing the extension
Open the app launcher.
Click Discover more.
Search for "OneDrive".
Click Install.
Confirm access permissions.
Connecting to Microsoft
Click on Sign in with OneDrive.
Allow Banqup to edit your Microsoft OneDrive.
Your Microsoft OneDrive account is now connected.
How documents are stored in OneDrive
Once activated, approved purchase invoices and sent sales invoices are exported automatically from Banqup to OneDrive.
Documents are stored in a structured folder system:
Invoice_import → Main folder containing all business documents
Business folders → Named with company name and VAT number (e.g. John Doe Group_BE0123456789)
AP folder → Contains purchase invoices
AR folder → Contains sales invoices
Individual files → Named with sync date, invoice number, and unique ID

Disconnecting Microsoft OneDrive
If you need to disconnect your Microsoft OneDrive account:
Go to the Microsoft OneDrive extension in Banqup.
Click Manage.
Toggle off the Active setting.
Confirm your decision.
Notes
Document synchronization occurs automatically for approved or sent documents.
Original documents remain in Banqup even after syncing to Microsoft OneDrive.

Can I sync historical documents from before I installed the extension?
No, only the documents arriving in your Banqup space after activating the extension will be synced.
Is the connection secure?
Yes, Banqup uses Microsoft’s secure authentication process. Banqup never stores your Microsoft password, and all data transfers are encrypted.
What file format are the documents synced in?
Documents are synced in Peppol BIS 3.0 UBL format.
