Welcome to our latest update! We've been hard at work improving Banqup to make managing your business easier and more efficient. Here's what's new this month.

New features

Create self-billing invoices

Banqup now supports self-billing. You can now create (or simply import) self-billing invoices and credit notes directly on behalf of your suppliers. This streamlines the invoicing process when you need to issue documents for suppliers who don't provide their own invoices, saving you time and keeping your records complete.

Pay multiple invoices at once with your linked bank account(s)

Select multiple invoices (even from multiple suppliers), choose a linked bank account, and authorise payment for all of them in a single flow. This new feature makes it much faster to handle multiple supplier payments without topping up your Banqup Business Account.

Set default due dates for your invoices and quotes

Configure a standard payment due date for your invoices and an expiration date for your quotes. Due dates for the invoices/quotes you create will be automatically calculated based on these settings. You can always adjust these due dates individually when creating your documents.

Quickly filter paid and unpaid invoices

Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices now have dedicated Unpaid and Paid tabs, allowing you to easily filter the invoices you need.

Mark your invoices as ... in bulk

You can mark as paid/unpaid/resolved up to 200 invoices at once in Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices.

Improvements

  • Better sorting options: Sort your invoices by customer name in Sales Invoices and by supplier name in Purchase Invoices to quickly find what you need

  • More filtering options: Filter invoices by document type (invoice, credit note, etc.) and by creation date to narrow down your search

  • Required supplier identifiers: When adding suppliers, country-specific identifiers like tax numbers are now clearly marked as required to help you maintain complete records
