Welcome to our latest update! We've been hard at work improving Banqup to make your financial management easier and more efficient. Here's what's new this month:
New features
Preview your invoices before sending
When creating documents, you can now toggle on a PDF preview to see exactly how your invoice will look before you finalize it. This helps you ensure your documents look as expected every time.
Attach files directly to your invoices
You can now add supporting documents like contracts, terms and conditions, delivery notes, or any other document directly to your sales invoices. When you send an invoice by email, attachments up to 1MB total will be included automatically, making it easier for your customers to have all the information they need in one place.
Mark trusted suppliers for faster approvals
Speed up your purchase invoice workflow by marking reliable suppliers as "Trusted" in their profile settings. Invoices from trusted suppliers can skip manual approval steps, saving you time while maintaining control over your processes.
Deactivate users
You can deactivate users without deleting them. This helps you momentarily take away access from a user without deleting them. You can reactivate a user whenever you want.
Improvements
Create new spaces for branches or separate organisations
It’s now easier to create a new Banqup Business Space for another business, whether it’s for branches (like other locations under the same legal entity) or for a completely separate organisation (a different legal entity with its own CBE or VAT number). → Read more

The Other Documents section now supports folders, so you can create, rename, and organize your supporting files in a way that makes sense for your business. → Read more
