Need to store business documents that aren't invoices, credit notes, or expenses? Other Documents provides a secure space for managing additional business documentation.

Uploading documents

Whether it's contracts, certificates, or general business paperwork, uploading is simple:

  1. Click Upload.

  2. Choose files from your computer or drag and drop them.

  3. Your documents will be securely stored and accessible.

Creating folders

Create folders and subfolders to organise your documents by clicking on Create folder.

Managing your documents

Once uploaded, you can:

Download documents

  1. Select the document you want to download.

  2. Click Download.

  3. The file will save to your default download location.

Delete documents

  1. Select the document to remove.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Confirm your choice.

Important notes

  • Documents are securely stored in your space.

  • Only authorized users can access these documents.

  • Keep your business documentation organized by using clear file names.

  • If you are linked with an accountant, they’ll be able to access all the files you upload in Other Documents.

What file types can I upload?

Common business file formats are supported, including PDF, Word documents, and image files.

Is there a file size limit?

There’s currently no file size restriction, just keep in mind that these documents count towards your subscription.
