Step 1: Identify your correct login portal URL

Bookmarking adds your preferred platform to your browser’s bookmarks bar for instant access while browsing.

🌐 Google Chrome &amp; Microsoft Edge (Windows / Mac)

Navigate to your specific Banqup login page in your browser.

Click the Star icon (<code>★</code>) located on the far right of the address bar (or press <code>Ctrl + D</code> on Windows / <code>Cmd + D</code> on Mac).

Name the bookmark (e.g., "Banqup Login").

Select Bookmarks Bar / Favourites Bar as the folder and click Done.

Option B: How to Install the login page as a Desktop App

Installing your preferred platform as an app gives you a dedicated window without browser tabs, an icon on your desktop/taskbar, and faster launch times.

💻 On Windows PC (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge)

Open your browser and navigate to your Banqup login page.

- In Chrome: Click the Install icon (a laptop with a small down arrow). Alternatively, click the Three Dots (⋮) in the top right → select Save and Share → Install Banqup...

In the pop-up prompt, click Install.

Do I need to re-download the app when Banqup updates?

No. Because Banqup uses web app technology, updates are applied automatically whenever you launch the app.

Why do I see Banqup Classic on my app screen instead of the new Banqup logo?

The platform version depends on your country region. Customers in countries such as Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and Croatia currently use Banqup Classic. Make sure you bookmark the login link specific to your registered region.
