FAQ

What happens if the face scan fails?

This usually happens due to poor lighting or movement. Try again in a well-lit area, keeping your face steady and following the on-screen instructions carefully.

Can I use a copy of my ID/passport?

No, you must use original, valid documents. Photocopies or digital copies will not be accepted for security reasons.

How long does the verification process take?

With all documents ready and good conditions (lighting, internet connection), the process typically takes 5-10 minutes.

Is my identity information secure?

Yes, all data is encrypted and only used for verification purposes. You'll be asked to explicitly confirm what information you share with Unifiedpost Group.

What if I get an error during document scanning?

Common solutions include:

  • Ensuring good lighting.

  • Placing documents on a dark, non-reflective surface.

  • Keeping the camera steady.

  • Making sure your document is not damaged or dirty.

What if I get an error during the face scan?

During the face scan, the front camera of your smartphone will be used to scan your face. Carefully place your face in the placeholder and remain steady.

The app will ask you to move in closer to the camera in order to make the scan 3D. Repeat the process of correctly placing your face in the placeholder.

Make sure you still look like the photo on your ID (for example, if you wear glasses now but not on your ID photo, you might have to take your glasses off during the face scan).

I get a notification saying my company is already onboarded, what can I do?
If you receive an error that your company is already registered on Banqup, it likely means another legal representative of your company has already completed the registration process. You should contact the legal representative who registered the company and ask them to invite you as a user to your company's Banqup business space. For detailed instructions on adding users, they can refer to our Inviting users article.
