Inviting new users to your Banqup space is a great way to delegate tasks and boost productivity. Expanding your team allows you to share responsibilities more effectively, streamline workflows, and achieve more as a group.
Follow these steps to invite a new user to your Banqup space:
From anywhere in the app, click on your company's name at the top-right of your screen.
Click on Settings.
Click on Users.
Click on Invite new user.
Key in the new user's details, including their first name, last name, email address, and the language of the invitation.
Click on Send invitation.
The new user will receive an email invitation with a link to create their account. Once their account is created, they will be able to access your company's Banqup space.
Note: As soon as you invite a user, they’ll appear in the user list with Invited as status. The status will change to Active as soon as a user has accepted the invitation (and created their account if they’re a new Banqup user).
Tips for managing user permissions
By default, a new user is granted all permissions within Banqup. You can customize these permissions to control what each user can or cannot do in your company's space.
