When you initiate a payment from your Banqup Business Account, you'll need to authorise it using the Banqup One mobile app. This secure authorisation process ensures that only authorised users can approve transactions from your account.

Authorising payments

  1. Initiate a payment in Banqup.

  2. A QR code appears on your screen.

  3. Open your Banqup One mobile app and authenticate.

  4. Tap the plus-icon at the bottom-right of your screen, then tap Scan QR code.

  5. Scan the QR code with your Banqup One app.

  6. Review the payment details.

  7. Authorise the transaction.

The process takes just a few seconds and provides an additional layer of security for all your payments.
