Need to schedule a payment for later? Banqup lets you plan payments ahead while keeping the same simple payment process you're used to. This helps you manage your cash flow and ensure invoices are paid on time.
Planning a payment
The process is similar to making an immediate payment:
Go to Purchase Invoices or Payments.
Select one or multiple invoices.
Click Pay.
On the payment review screen:
Choose your payment account.
Click the date field to select when you want the payment to be executed.
Review the payment details.
Click Pay to schedule your payment.
Authorise the payment by scanning the QR code with the Banqup One mobile app.
Note: You’ll need to authorise the payment right away, but it will be executed at the planned date. You’ll receive a confirmation message indicating that the payment has been successfully scheduled.
Tracking planned payments
You can view all your upcoming payments in Payment Accounts. From there you can overview all upcoming payments (planned payments, direct debits), check their execution dates, payment details and status.
To view your planned payments:
Go to the details of your Banqup Business Account.
In the Transactions tab (open by default), click on Show planned transactions.
Canceling a planned payment
You can cancel any payment before its execution date:
Go to Payment Accounts.
Go to the details of your Banqup Business Account.
Find the planned payment.
Click on the three dots menu, then Cancel.
Confirm that you want to cancel the scheduled payment.

What happens if I try to pay an invoice that already has a planned payment?
