Banqup is available in multiple languages to support our international users. You can easily change the display language of your interface to your preferred choice.
Additionally, Banqup allows customization of language preferences for the documents you create on Banqup and send to your business partners.
Changing the app language
Click on your business's name at the top-right of your screen.
Click on My user profile.
Under Language, choose a language from the dropdown menu.
Changing the language of your sales invoices/credit notes/quotes
The invoices (and credit notes/quotes) you create in Banqup will be in your customer's language. Make sure to choose the right language when adding customers.
Here's how you can edit the language of an existing customer:
Go to Business Partners.
Double-click on a customer.
Click Edit details.
Select the right Contact language.
Save.
Next time you create a document on Banqup and send it to your business partner, it'll be in the language you selected in the steps above.

No, each user can set their own preferred language.
