Before you can manage a client's documents in Banqup, their Business Space needs to be linked to your Partner Space. The connection always starts from your side: you invite the client, and they accept. This works whether they already have a Banqup account or not.
Prerequisites
Before you can invite clients to Banqup, you need to:
Have already added your clients to your Partner Space → Read more about Adding clients to your Partner space
Have Administrator or Client Manager role
Have created configuration templates → Read more about Using configuration templates for adding new clients in the Partner Space
Did you know?
If you prefer to onboard multiple clients at once without sending individual invitations, you can use shareable registration links instead. Clients who use your links will be linked to your Partner Space automatically.

Sending an invitation
There are two ways to invite clients:
From the client list
Go to Clients.
Select the Inactive tab.
Select the client(s) to invite.
Click Invite.
Confirm by clicking Send invites.
From client details
Go to Clients.
Select the Inactive tab.
Double-click on the client's name.
Click Invite in their details page.
Check if their information is correct, customise the invitation message if you’d like, then click Send invite.
What happens next?
After you send the invitation:
Your client receives an email with a link.
They can either:
Log in with their existing Banqup account.
Once connected, they'll move to your active clients list.

Resending an invitation
Resending an invitation is useful when you see a client as inactive despite them having accepted the invitation. Here's how to proceed:
Go to Clients.
Select the Inactive tab.
Click the three dots in the Actions column next to your client.
Select Resend invitation.
You can also resend an invitation by double-clicking on a client, then clicking Resend invitation in the top right part of the screen.
After resending an invitation to your customer, they should accept it by:
Clicking on the link in the invitation email,
Scanning the QR code with the Banqup One app,
Confirming that they grant you access to the data in their Banqup Business Space.

FAQ
What if my client doesn't receive the invitation?
Check the email address and resend an invitation. Also advise clients to check their spam folder.
My client is marked as invited but they've accepted the invitation. Why?
