Your Banqup space settings are where you control important aspects such as subscription details, user access, and installed extensions. This article explains how to access and manage these settings to keep your Banqup space under control.
What you can do in space settings
Space settings give you control over three key areas:
Subscription management and billing.
User access and permissions.
Extensions and app management.
You'll also see your space name (which you can edit) and company number displayed at the top of the settings page.
Accessing space settings
To access your space settings:
Click on your space name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Subscription settings
The Subscription section is where you manage your Banqup plan and billing information:
View your current subscription plan and any extra services.
Monitor your usage (documents, users, etc.).
Upgrade to a different plan if needed.
View, add, or update your payment method.
Add coupon codes for discounts.
This section gives you complete visibility into what you're paying for and lets you make changes as your business needs evolve.
