Your business is growing and you need more documents? You can upgrade your Banqup subscription at any time. The switch happens immediately, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
Upgrading your plan
Click your business name (top-right corner).
Select Settings.
Click Subscription.
Click Upgrade subscription
Then click Change plan on the next page (or go to the Plans tab and select a plan).
Confirm you understand it is a recurring subscription, then click Continue.
Authorize payment.
Notes
You can add extra services like payments to your plan.
You can also choose to be billed monthly or yearly.
The steps above can also be used for downgrading.
Understanding the switch
When you upgrade:
Your new plan activates immediately.
A pro-rated amount is charged based on remaining days in your billing cycle.
Your new features become available right away.
When you downgrade:
Your new plan starts on your next renewal date.
You keep using your current plan until your renewal date.
