Purchase Invoices makes it easy to manage all your incoming invoices in one place. You can upload invoices, quickly find the invoices you need, and take actions like paying, marking as paid, and attaching documents or comments to them. This guide will give you an overview of the key features of the app to help you get started.

Opening Purchase Invoices

Open the app via your favourite apps on your home page or via the app launcher at the top-right of your screen.

Start by importing invoices to the app. You can upload your invoices into your Banqup space.

Quick filter tabs

By default, all invoices will be displayed when you access Purchase Invoices. You can click on the other tabs to view only the invoices to review, the unpaid invoices or the invoices in the bin.

Customising columns

You can decide which columns to display in Purchase Invoices by clicking on Columns then selecting what you want to see and applying the changes. Next time you'll open Purchase Invoices, the custom columns you selected will be displayed.

Invoice actions

For invoices uploaded in the app, a number of actions are available. You can select one or multiple invoices to see the actions bar and choose what to do with those selected invoices.

Actions are also available by clicking on the three dots in the Actions column for individual invoices.

FAQ

What types of files can I upload as invoices?

You can upload e-invoices in XML (UBL) as well as invoices in PDF, PNG, or JPEG format. If you have invoices in other formats, you'll need to convert them to one of these supported file types before uploading.

Can I upload multiple invoices at once?

Yes, you can upload multiple invoices at the same time by selecting all the files you want to upload and dragging and dropping them into the upload area.

How do I know if an invoice has been paid?

Invoices show a status (unpaid, partially paid, or paid) in the invoice list and on the invoice details page. You can also filter the invoice list to show only paid or unpaid invoices using the quick filter tabs at the top of the page.
