Need to store business documents that aren't invoices, credit notes, or expenses? The Other Documents app provides a secure space for managing additional business documentation.
Uploading documents
Whether it's contracts, certificates, or general business paperwork, uploading is simple:
Go to Other Documents.
Click Upload.
Choose files from your computer or drag and drop them.
Your documents will be securely stored and accessible.
Managing your documents
Once uploaded, you can:
Download documents
Select the document you want to download.
Click Download.
The file will save to your default download location.
Delete documents
Select the document to remove.
Click Delete.
Confirm your choice.

Documents are securely stored in your space.
Only authorized users can access these documents.
Keep your business documentation organized by using clear file names.
If you are linked with an accountant, they’ll be able to access all the files you upload in Other Documents.
