Downloading your UBO register extract
To get an official extract of your Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) register:
Access the register:
Visit the Belgian UBO Register.
Click op LOG IN.
Log in using one of the available log in methods like eID or itsme.
Select your company:
Choose Sign up in the name of a company.
Click Next.
Select your company (if you have multiple).
Search for your entity:
Click Search for an entity.
Enter your company number.
Click Search.
Select your company from the results.
Get your extract:
Scroll to the List of beneficial owners tab
Click the print button.
Save the generated PDF.
Important notes
Download this extract before starting your registration to Payments.
The extract must be recent.
You'll need appropriate company authorization to access the register.
Make sure your UBO information is up to date. If not, please update your UBO information before downloading your extract.
