Syncing documents to Count-e

Connect your Banqup space with Count-e to automatically sync your business documents. This extension ensures your accounting package always has the latest document data.

Installing the extension

  1. Open the app launcher.

  2. Search for "Count-e".

  3. Click Install and confirm the data from your Banqup space will be used.

Configuring the extension

To connect with Count-e, you'll need to enter:

  1. Your Count-e username and password.

  2. The API URL for your Count-e instance.

  3. Your database name for your account.

  4. Your Banqup client number.

  5. After setup, the extension automatically syncs new documents to Count-e.

Disconnecting Count-e

If you need to disconnect the Count-e integration:

  1. Go to the extension in Banqup.

  2. Click Manage.

  3. Toggle of the Active setting.

  4. Confirm your decision.

How often do documents sync?

Documents approved or sent after activating the extension will be synced.

What happens if my credentials change?

You'll need to update your credentials in the extension settings to maintain sync.
