Connect your Banqup space to Yuki to automatically export your business documents and Enriched Movement Reports. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Yuki.
Installing the extension
Open the app launcher.
Click Discover more.
Search for "Yuki".
Click Install.
Configuration
To complete the connection between Banqup and Yuki, you'll need to get an API key and Administration name from your Yuki account (see below where to find them).
Enter your Yuki API key in Banqup.
Enter your Administration Name in Banqup.
Click on Save configurations.
Where to find your Yuki API key and Administration name

Go to yukiworks.be and log in.
Click the Settings icon in the left menu.
On the Settings page, in the Integrations card, click Web Services.
You'll find your API Key(s) in the table, under API KEY. Make sure that the API Key is a Domain type. You can check and change that by double clicking on it and checking the Type field is set to Domain.
Yuki Administration Name
Click here for direct access to the page where you'll find your Yuki Administration Name. Or follow the steps below.
Go to yukiworks.be and log in.
Click the Settings icon in the left menu.
On the Settings page, in the Domain card, click My domain.
You'll find your Administration Name in the Company table, under NAME.
Disconnecting
If you need to disconnect the Yuki integration:
Go to the extension in Banqup.
Click Manage.
Toggle off the Active setting.
Confirm your decision.
Notes
Document export occurs automatically for approved or sent documents.
Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Yuki.
FAQ
Can I export historical documents?
No, only the documents approved or sent after activating the extension will be exported.
What file format are the documents exported in?
Documents are exported in Peppol BIS 3.0 UBL format.
