Connect the Banqup Business Space of your clients (from within your Partner Space) to Pingwin to automatically export your clients’ documents. This guide explains how to set up and configure the connection using your Pingwin credentials.
Step 1: Installing the extension
Open the app launcher from your Partner Space.
Click Discover more.
Search for "Pingwin".
Click Install.
Confirm the data from your Banqup space will be used.
Step 2: Configuring the extension
To complete the connection between Banqup and Pingwin, you’ll need key pieces of information from the Pingwin account:
API Key
Log in to the Pingwin desktop client.
Go to File settings.
Find API key in File parameters.
CLID (Client ID)
Request the CLID directly from Pingwin:
Email [email protected].
Ask for the CLID of your client.
Save the CLID for configuration.
Once you have all required information, enter it in Banqup and click Save configuration. You’ll get a confirmation that the installation was successful.
Step 3: Activating the extension for a client
Now that you’ve configured the extension, activate it for specific clients:
Go to Clients.
Double-click on a client.
Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click Add integration.
Select Pingwin.
Your configuration from step 2 appears. Click Save configuration to use it (you can replace it if needed).
Enter the Administration ID for that client*.
* To find The Administration ID of a client:
Open the Pingwin desktop client.
Go to File Parameters.
Select File Information.
Locate the File ID in the upper-right corner.
Disconnecting Pingwin
If you need to disconnect the Pingwin integration for all your clients:
Go to the extension in Banqup.
Click Manage.
Toggle off the Active setting.
Confirm your decision.
Notes
Exporting documents occurs automatically for documents approved or sent after activating the extension.
Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Pingwin.
