Connect the Banqup Business Space of your clients (from within your Partner Space) to Yuki to automatically export your clients’ documents. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Yuki.

Step 1: Installing the extension

  • Open the app launcher from your Partner Space.

  • Search for "Yuki".

  • Click Install.

Step 2: Configuration

To configure the connection between Banqup and Yuki, you'll need to get an API key from your Yuki account.

  • Enter your Yuki API key in Banqup (see below where to find it).

  • Click on Save configurations.

Where to find your Yuki API key

  • Go to yukiworks.be and log in.

  • Click the Settings icon in the left menu.

  • On the Settings page, in the Integrations card, click Web Services.

  • You'll find your API Key(s) in the table, under API KEY. Make sure that the API Key is a Domain type. You can check and change that by double clicking on it and checking the Type field is set to Domain.

Note: If you don't have an API key yet, you can create one by clicking on the plus sign.

Step 3: Activating the extension for a client

Now that you’ve set up the extension, you have to activate it for specific clients.

  • Go to Clients.

  • Double-click on a client.

  • Navigate to the Integrations tab.

  • Click Add integration.

  • Select Yuki, then click Save.

  • The API key that you’ve configured in step 2 appears. Click Save configuration to use it (you can replace it with another key if needed).

  • Enter the Administration name for that client (see below where to find it).

  • Click Continue.

Where to find the Yuki Administration name of your client

  • Go to yukiworks.be and log in.

  • Click the Settings icon in the left menu.

  • On the Settings page, in the Domain card, click Companies.

  • You'll find the Administration Name in the Name column.

Disconnecting Yuki

If you need to disconnect the Yuki integration for all your clients:

  1. Go to the extension in Banqup.

  2. Click Manage.

  3. Toggle off the Active setting.

  4. Confirm your decision.

Notes

  • Exporting documents occurs automatically for approved or sent documents from your clients’ Business Space.

  • Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Yuki.
