Exporting client documents to Zenvoices

Connect the Banqup Business Space of your clients (from within your Partner Space) to Zenvoices to automatically export your clients’ invoices to their accounting package. This guide walks you through the activation process and required permissions.

Step 1: Prerequisites

Before connecting, make sure you have:

  • Administrator access in both Banqup and Zenvoices.

  • Appropriate permissions in Zenvoices:

    • API > Inbox access

    • API > Companies > List access

Permissions can be configured in Zenvoices under Manage > Organisation > Users.

  • Your Organisation code.

Step 2: Installing the extension

  • Open the app launcher from your Partner Space and click Discover more.

  • Search for “Zenvoices”.

  • Click on the Zenvoices extension, then click Install.

  • Confirm the installation when prompted.

Step 3: Configuring the extension

To complete the connection, enter the following details from Zenvoices:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Organisation code

  • Click Save configurations.

You’ll receive a confirmation that the installation was successful, and invoices from Banqup will start being exported automatically.

Step 4: Activating the extension for a client

Now that the extension is configured, activate it for specific clients:

  • Go to Clients.

  • Double-click on a client.

  • Navigate to the Integrations tab.

  • Click Add integration.

  • Select Zenvoices.

  • Confirm or adjust the configuration from Step 3.

  • Enter the Company code of your client.

  • Click Save configurations.

Disconnecting Zenvoices

If you need to disconnect the Zenvoices integration for all your clients:

  • Go to the Zenvoices extension in Banqup.

  • Click Manage.

  • Toggle off the Active setting.

  • Confirm your decision.

Notes

  • The Company code is your client’s unique identifier in Zenvoices.

  • Exporting documents occurs automatically for invoices approved or sent after activating the extension.

  • Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Zenvoices.

Can I connect multiple companies?

Yes, each Banqup space can be connected to its corresponding Zenvoices company.

What happens to existing documents?

Only new documents will be exported after the connection is configured.

How do I know if the connection is working?

Check in Zenvoices if invoices from Banqup are being received.
