Adding your company logo makes your invoices and credit notes look professional and consistent with your brand. Once uploaded, the logo will automatically appear on all documents created through Document Creator.
How to add your logo
Go to the main menu (top-right of the screen).
Click Settings.
Select Branding.
Upload your logo:
Drag and drop the image file into the upload area.
Click the plus sign and choose a file from your computer.
After uploading, your logo will be applied automatically to invoices and credit notes created on Banqup with Document Creator.
Important notes
Uploading a new logo replaces the old one and applies to all future invoices and credit notes.
FAQ
Will the logo appear on previously issued invoices?
No. The logo will only be applied to invoices and credit notes created after the upload.
Can I use multiple logos?
No. Only one logo can be active at a time. Uploading a new logo will replace the existing one.
Is there a maximum file size for the logo?
Yes. The maximum upload size is 600 Ko. Larger files must be resized before uploading.
Can I remove my logo completely?
Yes. Hover your mouse over the logo and click the trashbin icon to delete it. New documents will then be created without a logo.
