Connect the Banqup Business Space of your clients (from within your Partner Space) to Octopus to automatically export your clients’ documents. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Octopus.
Step 1: Installing the extension
Open the app launcher from your Partner Space.
Click Discover more.
Search for "Octopus".
Click Install.
Confirm access permissions.
Step 2: Configuring the extension
To complete the connection between Banqup and Octopus:
Click Sign in with Octopus.
Log in to Octopus.
After successful logging in, you’ll be redirected to Banqup with a confirmation that the installation was successful.
Step 3: Activating the extension for a client
Now that you’ve configured the extension, you have to activate it for specific clients.
Go to Clients.
Double-click on a client.
Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click Add integration.
Select Octopus.
Enter the mailbox address of the client’s Octopus dossier (see below where to find it).
Click Save configuration.

In Octopus accounting, go to Management > Folders.
Select the folder in which to save the documents.
In the selected folder, look for the Mail Box field and copy the email address in it.
Return to Banqup and enter the Octopus mailbox address in the configuration field.
Disconnecting Octopus
If you need to disconnect the Octopus integration for all your clients:
Go to the extension in Banqup.
Click Manage.
Toggle off the Active setting.
Confirm your decision.
Notes
Exporting documents occurs automatically for documents approved or sent after activating the extension.
Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Octopus.

No, only the documents approved or sent after activating the extension will be exported.
What happens if I change my Octopus folder structure?
If you change your folder structure in Octopus, you'll need to update the mailbox address in the Banqup integration settings.
