Adding your accounting firm's logo

As a partner, you can upload your firm's logo to your Partner Space, and it will automatically appear in all your connected clients' Business Spaces. This co-branding feature helps maintain your professional identity and strengthens your brand presence throughout your clients' Banqup experience.

Uploading your firm's logo

Follow these steps to add your logo:

  1. Go to your Partner Space

  2. Click the main menu in the top-right corner

  3. Click Settings

  4. Select Branding

  5. Upload your logo by clicking the plus sign and choosing a file from your computer (or drag and drop your image to the upload area).

Your logo will now appear in all connected client Business Spaces:

Updating your logo

To change your logo, simply upload a new one following the same steps above. The new logo will automatically replace the old one across all client spaces.

Removing your logo

To remove your logo from all client spaces:

  1. Go to Settings > Branding

  2. Hover over your current logo

  3. Click the trashbin icon

Your logo will be removed from all client Business Spaces.

FAQ

Will my logo appear on client invoices and documents?

Your logo appears in the client's Business Space interface. For documents created by clients (like their sales invoices), only the client's logo will appear.

Can clients remove my logo from their space?

No. As long as you're connected as their accountant or partner, your logo will appear in their Business Space.

Can I use different logos for different clients?

No. The same firm logo is used across all your client spaces.

What's the maximum file size for the logo?

The maximum upload size is 600 KB. If your logo file is larger, you'll need to resize or compress it before uploading.
