Exporting your partner space client list to Excel or CSV

Written by Maxime

Extract your clients table from the Partner Space as an Excel or CSV file. This is useful for reporting, audits, and sharing client overviews with colleagues who don't use Banqup.

Before you start

  • The export is available from the Clients app in your Partner Space.

  • The full list export is capped at 1,000 rows per file.

Exporting the current table view

Choose this option when you want the export to match exactly what you see on screen, including your active filters, sort order, and visible columns.

  1. Go to your Partner Space and open the Clients app.

  2. Apply the filters, sort order, and column selection you want to keep in the export.

  3. Click Export data.

  4. Choose Current table view.

  5. Select the format: Excel (XLSX) or CSV.

  6. Edit the filename (or keep it as is).

  7. Toggle on/off the option to include all table columns.

  8. Click Export data.

Exporting the full client list

Choose this option when you want every client in one file, regardless of what's currently visible on screen.

  1. From the Clients app, click Data export.

  2. Choose All clients.

  3. Select the format: Excel (XLSX) or CSV.

  4. Click Download.

  5. Edit the filename (or keep it as is).

  6. Toggle on/off the option to include all table columns.

  7. Click Export data.

Note

The full list export is limited to 1,000 rows. If you have more than 1,000 clients, apply filters to narrow the list and export in batches.

Customising the export

Before downloading, you can fine-tune what goes into the file:

  • Rename the file: change the default file name directly in the export dialog.

  • Include all table columns: toggle this on to force every available column into the file, regardless of which ones are visible in the Clients app. Leave it off to keep only the columns you currently see.

FAQ

Which formats can I export to?

Excel (XLSX) and CSV.

Why is the full list capped at 1,000 rows?

This keeps exports fast and files manageable. If you have more clients, use filters to export in batches that each stay under the limit.

Does the export include all the columns I see in the Clients app?

By default, yes: the export matches your visible columns. Toggle Include all table columns to include every available column, even the ones you've hidden.
