This month brings new ways to bring your branding into the client experience, faster client management workflows, and automated reporting. Here's what's new.
New features
Your reseller branding in client invitations
When you invite a client as a Reseller Partner, the invitation flow now automatically retrieves and displays your existing partner logo. Clients immediately recognise the partner they are connecting with from the very first interaction, reinforcing trust and brand consistency.
Onboard existing businesses as Reseller Partners
You can now register a partner space for a company that already has an active business space on Banqup. The "enterprise already exists" error has been resolved, allowing companies to expand their role within the Banqup ecosystem without technical blockers.
Export your client list to Excel or CSV
You can now export your Clients table directly to XLSX or CSV. Choose between the current table view (which respects your active filters and visible columns) or the full client list, up to a 1,000-row limit. Customise the file name, toggle Include all table columns to bypass UI visibility settings, and click Export data to download the file ready for external analysis.
Schedule Enriched Movement Reports daily or monthly
You can now configure Enriched Movement Reports to be generated automatically on a schedule, with a default at the space level and granular control per bank account.
Daily: reports are produced shortly after midnight, covering all payments processed the previous day.
Monthly: a comprehensive report is generated on the 5th of each month.
This keeps your financial data consistently prepared without manual intervention.
Improvements
Faster space switching across many clients
The space switcher now groups your client spaces under a dedicated My clients header (which stays pinned while you scroll), sorts spaces by type and alphabetically, and limits the menu height with optimised scrolling. Search begins after you've typed three characters and clearly distinguishes your own spaces from client spaces.Edit extensions without reinstalling
You can now modify the configuration of an active extension through a new Edit action, across Business Extensions, Partner Extensions, and Client-level settings. The extension's state refreshes automatically once you finish the wizard.
