The XPR365 Banqup connector links Banqup to your ERP system. Once installed, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users can exchange electronic invoices through Banqup and the Peppol network.
Install the connector
Step 1: Open the Banqup Store
Step 2: Find the XPR365 connector
In the Banqup Store search bar, type microsoft or XPR365.
Find the app XPR365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Click the app card to open its details page.
Step 3: Start the installation
On the app details page, click the blue Install button in the top right corner.
An installation wizard opens.
Important: Keep this browser window open during the whole installation. Closing it stops the process.
Step 4: Complete the setup wizard
Consent agreement: Review the data access details. When you click Confirm, you authorise the extension to securely access the data in your Banqup space.
Prerequisite conditions and installation: The system automatically prepares and installs the app in your space.
Configurations: The wizard generates two credentials:
Apikey ID
Apikey Password
Critical: Copy both values immediately and store them safely. They are shown only once. You will paste them into your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account to connect the two platforms.
Once you have saved the keys, click Save configurations.
Step 5: Finalise and verify
When the setup completes, click Manage app. You can also check the status under Settings > Extensions.
Confirm that the app status shows as Active with the current version details.
Your Banqup space is now ready to process tax-compliant international e-invoices in the standard UBL format over the Peppol network.
Frequently asked questions
Which Banqup space do I need to install the connector?
You install the connector from your Business Space. You also need the Banqup One app on your phone to log in with the QR code.
What if I did not save the Apikey ID and password?
The two values appear only once, for security. If you did not copy them, uninstall the connector from Settings > Extensions, then install it again to run the setup and generate a new pair.
How do I check that the connector is active?
Open Settings > Extensions and find XPR365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The status shows as Active when the connector is running, along with the current version.
