Connect your Business Space to Pivot and Banqup sends your purchase invoices there automatically. Pivot is a purchase and procurement platform: your team can then code, route and approve the invoices in Pivot's own workflows.

Before you start
You need three details from your Pivot account: an API key, your tenant ID and the ID of your subsidiary. You find them in your Pivot account, or you can ask your Pivot contact.
Installing the extension
Click your space name at the top right, then Settings.
Under Administration, click Extensions.
Click Discover more to open the Banqup Store.
Search for "Pivot" and open the Pivot app.
Click Install.
You can also open the Banqup Store from See all apps at the bottom of the sidebar.
The installation takes a few seconds. The wizard then walks you through the configuration.
Connecting to Pivot
Enter your Pivot API key and your Tenant ID, then save.
Enter the ID of your Subsidiary, then save.
The extension becomes active and the export starts.
How invoices are exported
Approved purchase invoices are sent to Pivot as PDF files.
When an invoice mentions a purchase order reference, Banqup links it to the matching purchase order in Pivot.
Only invoices approved after the extension is active are sent. Older invoices are not sent retroactively.
The original invoices stay in Banqup. Pivot receives a copy.
Changing the connection or switching it off
To use another API key: Settings > Extensions > Pivot > Configuration tab, then Change API key.
To pause the export, open the extension in Settings > Extensions and turn off the Active switch. To remove it, click Uninstall.
FAQ
Can I send sales invoices to Pivot?
No. The Pivot app only sends purchase invoices.
Why doesn't an invoice show the purchase order in Pivot?
The link is only made when the invoice mentions a purchase order reference that exists in Pivot. Check the reference on the invoice and the purchase order in Pivot.
Can I send my invoices as e-invoices instead of PDF?
Not yet. Invoices are sent as PDF files.
