Connect the Banqup Business Space of your clients (from within your Partner Space) to d.velop to automatically export your clients’ invoices to your accounting package. This guide walks you through the activation process and required permissions.

Step 1: Installing the extension

To begin the integration, you must first install the d.velop extension from the Banqup Store.

  1. From your Partner Space, go to the Banqup Store.

  2. Search for "d.velop".

  3. Install the app.

  4. A Consent agreement will appear. Click Confirm to allow d.velop to access the data available in your space.

  5. Click Yes, install all to automatically install and activate any required prerequisite applications.

Note

Prerequisite applications (such as the Accounting app) are installed automatically to ensure the integration works correctly.

Step 2: Configuring the extension

Once the installation is complete, you must configure the connection using your d.velop API credentials.

  1. Select the document types you wish to export (Purchase documents and/or Sales documents).

  2. Click Save configurations.

  3. Enter your API key and Base URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.d-velop.cloud) in the provided fields.

  4. Click Save configurations again to finalize these settings.

Step 3: Setting up the Batch ID

To ensure invoices reach the correct location in d.velop, you need to copy the Batch ID from your d.velop dashboard and paste it into Banqup.

  1. Log in to your d.velop dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Configuration > Document Management > Import Profiles.

  3. Select an existing profile or create a new one for your invoices.

  4. Copy the batchId found at the end of the URL in your browser address bar.

  5. Return to the d.velop configuration in Banqup.

  6. Paste the ID into the Sales batch ID and Purchases batch ID fields.

  7. Click Save configurations and then click Activate.
