Getting started with the mobile app

The Banqup mobile app lets you manage your business finances on the go. Let's explore what you can do in each section of the app.

Home screen

The home screen gives you a quick overview of your business space:

  1. The name of your business space. If you have access to several spaces, you can tap the name to switch to another space.

  2. Your profile. Tapping your initials opens the Account menu (more info below).

  3. Overview of your payment accounts, the number of cards you have, and your balance. Tapping here will open the Payment Accounts screen.

  4. Favourites. Quick access to your favourite apps. You can choose which apps appear here.

  5. Recent transactions. The latest transactions of your payment accounts appear here.

  6. Navigation. Tap the different icons here to open different screens: Home, Account, More (to access all the apps).

  7. Plus button. Tap here to:

    1. Scan a QR code (to login or authorise a payment).

    2. Add money to your Banqup Business Account.

    3. Add new documents (purchase/sales invoices, purchase receipt).

    4. Transfer money from your payment accounts to another bank account.

Account menu

You can access the Account menu via the navigation bar or by clicking your profile icon (see above).

It allows you to manage your personal settings and app preferences:

  1. View and edit personal details.

  2. Choose your favourite apps.

  3. Access important information:

    • Privacy policy

    • Terms of service

    • FAQ

    • Contact support

  4. Sign out.

More menu

The More menu lets you access your Banqup applications:

Payment accounts

Here, you see your payment accounts (Banqup Business Account and linked accounts) with their current balance and your Banqup debit cards.

  • Plus button actions:

    1. Add debit card

    2. Add money to account

    3. Transfer money

    4. Link bank account

  • Viewing transactions

    Clicking on a payment account lets you view its transactions, add money or transfer money.

  • Viewing debit card transactions and settings
    Clicking on a debit card lets you view its transactions, reveal the card details (number, expiry date, CVV), (un)freeze it, and access its settings.

Purchase Invoices

Open Purchase Invoices to view your invoices.

Select one or multiple invoices to:

  • Pay the invoice(s)

  • Approve for payment

  • Mark as paid/refused/resolved

  • Attach a document

  • Add a comment

  • Download

Tapping on an invoice to view its details also lets you take the actions mentioned above.

Clicking on the plus sign allows you to add invoices via:

  • Scan

  • Upload

Sales Invoices

Sales Invoices is very similar to Purchase Invoices. Open Sales Invoices to view your invoices.

Select one or multiple invoices to:

  • Mark as paid/won't be paid

  • Attach a document

  • Add a comment

  • Download

Tapping on an invoice to view its details also lets you take the actions mentioned above.

Network

The Network app lets you:

  • Access your business partner list.

  • Tap on a business partner to view its details.

Now that you've seen how the app works, you can manage your business from anywhere.

  1. Download the app for iOS or Android.

  2. Install and open the app.

  3. Log in to your account.

  4. Set up your favourite apps for quick access.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have access to all the same features as the web app?

While most essential features are available, some advanced functions are only accessible via the web app.
