When a team member no longer needs access to your Banqup space, you can remove them. Once removed, they immediately lose all access rights to your space.
Removing a user
Click your business name (in the top-right corner).
Select Settings.
Click on Users.
Select the user you want to remove.
Click Delete.
Notes: Removing a user takes effect immediately. The user will no longer see your space. This action cannot be undone, but you can invite a user again to give them access to your space.
FAQ
What happens to the documents they created?
All documents remain in your space and will not be affected by removing a user.
Will the user be notified?
Yes, they'll receive an email notification about being removed from the space.
