Syncing documents to email

Need to send your documents to a specific email address? The email extension lets you automatically export documents from Banqup to designated email addresses. This is particularly useful for accounting packages that accept document imports via email.

Installing the extension

  1. Open the app launcher.

  2. Search for "Email".

  3. Click Activate.

  4. Enter the email address for sales invoices.

  5. Enter the email address for purchase invoices.

  6. Click Save configurations.

Each document type can be sent to a different email address, making it easy to organize your document flow according to your needs. Once configured, the extension will automatically send documents to specified emails in their original format.

The email extension works silently in the background, ensuring your documents are sent automatically. Consider verifying the email addresses carefully before saving.

Disconnecting

If you need to disconnect this extension:

  1. Go to the Email extension in Banqup.

  2. Click Manage.

  3. Toggle of the Active setting.

  4. Confirm your decision.

Currently, you can specify one email address per document type.

What document types are supported?

The extension supports both sales and purchase invoices.

Can I control when documents are sent?

Documents are sent automatically as soon as you approve them in Banqup.
