Connect your Banqup space to Google Drive to automatically export your business documents and Enriched Movement Reports. This integration ensures your documents flow seamlessly to Google Drive.
Installing the extension
Open the app launcher.
Click Discover more.
Search for "Google Drive".
Click Install.
Confirm access permissions.
Connecting to Google
Click on Sign in with Google.
After logging in, you may get a warning from Google. Click Continue.
Allow Banqup to edit your Google Drive.
Your Google Drive account is now connected.
Disconnecting Google Drive
If you need to disconnect your Google Drive account:
Go to the Google Drive extension in Banqup.
Click Manage.
Toggle of the Active setting.
Confirm your decision.
Notes
Document export occurs automatically for approved or sent documents.
Original documents remain in Banqup even after exporting to Google Drive.
FAQ
Can I export historical documents from before I installed the extension?
No, only the documents arriving in your Banqup space after activating the extension will be exported.
Is the connection secure?
Yes, Banqup uses Google's secure authentication process. Banqup never stores your Google password, and all data transfers are encrypted.
What file format are the documents exported in?
Documents are exported in Peppol BIS 3.0 UBL format.
