Getting help from Banqup support

The fastest way to get in touch with Banqup support is via the messenger located at the bottom-right of all Banqup pages. When you’re logged in, the system recognises you and our agents will be able to offer personalised assistance.

On the other hand, when you reach out to Banqup support via email or telephone, providing your account details upfront helps our team assist you more quickly and efficiently. Banqup provides a convenient way to access and copy all the details support needs in one place. This saves time for both you and our support agents, leading to faster resolution of your questions or issues.

Copying your support details

You can access your support details directly at this link: https://app.banqup.com/manage-account/support-details

You can also access this page by navigating through the menu system:

  1. Click on the main menu in the top-right of your Banqup account.

  2. Click My user profile from the menu options.

  3. Click Details required by support to open the details page.

  4. Click the copy to clipboard button to copy all your support details at once.

Your copied information will include your company name, entity ID, space ID, user ID, username, and email address. You can then paste this information directly into your email or share it on the phone.

Notes

Keep in mind that this information is specific to your current user account and workspace. If you manage multiple companies or spaces within Banqup, make sure you're accessing the support details from the correct space before copying the information. What's next?

Once you have copied your support details, simply provide your details to support along with a clear description of your question or issue.

If you contact us through the messenger (located at the bottom-right of all Banqup pages) while logged in, you don't need to share these details. Our system automatically recognizes your account information.
