If you use Banqup One on an Android device, you can now log in using your device’s system PIN (or password, or pattern) when biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or face recognition) isn’t available.
This fallback option lets you continue accessing your Banqup account even when biometrics fail or are temporarily disabled.
How to log in using your PIN
Open the Banqup One app.
When the biometric login screen appears, tap Use PIN.
Enter your device’s system PIN.
Once you enter the correct PIN, you’ll be logged in to Banqup One.
Important notes
This feature is available only on Android devices with Banqup 5.11.0 or more recent.
The fallback PIN is managed by your Android system. Banqup does not store or access your PIN.
You can also use a password or a pattern instead of a PIN.
