If you no longer need Banqup, you can stop your subscription at any time from your subscription settings. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing. you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How to cancel your plan
To cancel your plan, go to the billing page.
Go to the main menu and click Settings.
Click Subscription.
Click Stop renewal.
Your plan will not renew at the end of the current billing period. You can continue using Banqup until then.

Will I lose access to Banqup immediately after cancelling?
No. Clicking Stop renewal keeps your account active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund when I cancel?
