New features
Skip manual steps with automatic receipt approval
You can now set Banqup to automatically approve receipts that are perfectly read by our system. This means any document that is 100% correctly identified by the OCR skips the "awaiting approval" line and goes straight to "Approved," saving you valuable time on manual checks.
Export your document lists directly to Excel or CSV
You can now export your Sales and Purchases data directly to Excel or CSV. You can choose to export exactly what you see on your screen or download up to 1,000 records at once, with a simple toggle to include all data columns.
Improvements
Faster reconciliation with Transaction Radar updates
We’ve improved your reconciliation workflow with several updates. You can now filter by specific bank accounts and see exact "Payment Dates" for scheduled funds. Plus, our new smart-matching rule automatically links card transactions to invoices when the date and amount match perfectly.
