This month you can filter documents by status, assign accounting integrations to many clients at once, and invite your team in bulk, plus add contact details to your space profile. Here's what's new.

Assign accounting integrations to several clients at once
In the Clients app, you can now select multiple clients and use the new Add integrations action to add accounting extensions in one go. A pop-up lets you pick from your active extensions and apply them across the selected clients.
If an integration needs client-specific configuration, that step is still done per client.
Invite your team in bulk
You can now invite users in bulk from the Users page using an Excel (.xlsx) template. Click the new Import button, download the pre-formatted template from the import window, fill it in, and upload your whole team at once. The system validates your file (format, data, and a 500-row limit) and flags any rows to fix before you retry. Handy when you're scaling up a firm or onboarding a new team.
Improvements
Contact details and entity language on your space profile
In Space Settings, you can now add and edit a dedicated phone number and email address for your space. These details are reused when registering new establishments or units, and appear in the footer of generated quote, invoice, and credit note PDFs. Administrators can also change the entity's official language.
