Open the Banqup One app on your phone.
Click on Recover account.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Open the email you received and click the link inside.
On the webpage that opens, click Scan to continue in Banqup One.
Use the Banqup One app to scan the QR code displayed on the page.
Follow the setup steps just like the first time you used the app:
Read and accept the terms of service.
Allow notifications
Verify your phone number.
Activate biometrics.
Identify yourself (via itsme or with your ID/passport).
