Note: This article is intended for Accountants using the Partner Space.
The E-invoicing tab in your client details gives you a real-time overview of each client's Peppol registration status. You can see which company identifiers are registered on the Peppol network, which access point they're registered with, and whether any action is needed (such as switching from a competitor platform to Banqup).
This view is available for both active and draft clients, so you can check registration status even before a client has completed onboarding.
Accessing the E-invoicing tab
Go to Clients in your Partner space.
Double-click on a client to open their details.
Click the E-invoicing tab.
What you'll see
For each of the client's company identifiers (such as VAT number or GLN), the tab shows:
ID name: The name of the identifier registered on Peppol (e.g. VAT number, CBE number, GLN).
ID: The Peppol participant-ID.
Status: Whether the identifier is currently registered on the Peppol network.
Access point: The platform the client is registered with. If this is Banqup, no action is needed. If it shows another provider, the client may need to switch.
When a client is registered with another platform
If the E-invoicing tab shows that a client's identifier is registered with a competitor access point, it means their e-invoices are currently being routed through that provider instead of Banqup.
To resolve this, you or your client can take one of the following actions:
The client contacts their current provider to deregister.
The client registers with Banqup through their Business space (→ Connecting to Peppol).
You register the client on Peppol through your Partner space, provided you have a signed mandate (→ Registering clients to Peppol for e-invoicing).
Important notes
This tab is read-only. You cannot change a client's registration from here, it only shows the current status.
Draft clients may already have identifiers registered on Peppol if they were already on Banqup but not linked to you, or using another platform.
A client can have multiple identifiers (e.g. VAT number + CBE + GLN), each with a different registration status.
FAQ
Why does my client show as registered with another provider?
Your client may have previously registered on Peppol through a different platform. They need to deregister from that provider before they can be registered to Peppol through Banqup.
Can I see this information for all my clients at once?
The E-invoicing tab is available per client. You need to open each client's details to see their status.
Does the status update automatically?
Yes, the registration status reflects real-time data from the Peppol network.
