Onboard new clients faster with a shareable registration link

Note: This article is intended for Partner Space users.

Instead of inviting clients one by one, you can generate a single registration link and share it with multiple clients at once. Clients who use the link are guided through the onboarding process and automatically linked to your Partner Space once they complete it, without manual invitation needed.

You can share the link through emails, your website, marketing campaigns, or even QR codes.

Prerequisites

  • A Banqup Partner space

  • Administrator or Client Manager role

  • At least one configuration template set up (→ Learn how to create one)

Generating your registration link

  1. Go to Clients in your Partner space.

  2. Click + Add in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Shareable link.

  4. Choose a configuration template for the clients who will use this link.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Your link is generated. Click Copy to copy it to your clipboard.

You can now share this link wherever you want: in an email signature, on your website, in a newsletter, or printed as a QR code.

What happens when a client uses the link

  1. The client clicks the link and is guided through the standard Banqup onboarding flow (based on your partner type: Accounting or Referral).

  2. Once onboarding is completed, the client is automatically linked to your Partner space and appears as an active client.

  3. The configuration template you selected is applied just as when you add a client manually.

Adding your logo to the onboarding flow

You can display your firm's logo on the welcome screen that clients see when they open the link. This helps reinforce your brand throughout the onboarding experience. The logo is also visible in the client's Business space once the connection is established.

To set this up, go to Settings > Branding in your Partner space and upload your logo.

Important notes

  • Each link is tied to one configuration template. If you need different setups for different types of clients, generate a separate link per template.

  • Existing automation is unchanged: everything that applies when you add clients manually (templates, integrations, subscriptions, users) also applies through the link.

  • You can generate a new link at any time.

  • The interface language shown to the client follows their browser's language settings.

Does the link expire?

No, the link does not expire.

Can I use different links for different client types?

Yes. Generate a separate link for each configuration template you want to use.

Will I be notified when a new client signs up through the link?

Yes, the client will appear in your Clients list as an active client once onboarding is completed.

Can existing Banqup users use the link?

The link is designed for new clients who don't have a Banqup account yet.
