This month brings advanced numbering with multiple series, a clearer Inbox, a new In Transit payment status, and smarter reconciliation across the platform. Here's what's new.
New features
Define multiple numbering series for your documents
You can now configure several numbering sequences per document type (invoices, credit notes, quotes) and set one as the default. Numbering can be made dynamic with variables for the current year {current_year} and a customisable incrementing number {digits:N}. When you create a document, a new dropdown in Document Creator lets you pick which series to apply.
Once a series has been used on a sent document, its configuration is locked to preserve accounting integrity.
New "In Transit" payment status for sales invoices
Your sales invoices now reflect an In Transit status when the customer's payment has been confirmed (for example via Bancontact or iDEAL) but the bank settlement is still being finalised. The status appears in both the sales overview list and the document detail view, so you can tell instantly when funds are on their way without waiting for the final bank confirmation.
A clearer, more powerful Inbox
The Inbox table has been reorganised with new sortable columns: Folder, Category, File type, and Source (Peppol, Email, Upload). You can see at a glance where each file came from and how it was classified. A new Filter panel lets you narrow the list by file name, folder, category, status, received date, source, and last modified date.
Match "Marked as Paid" documents with actual bank transactions
When you manually mark a document as paid, it now stays available for matching in Transaction Radar. The Proposed matches section keeps the document visible, so you can later pair it with the real bank movement once the transaction is imported. Purchase receipts also remain open for automatic and manual matching, and a new Purchase Receipt filter has been added.

Self-billing toggles, default due dates, default payment method, and the trusted-supplier flag have all moved to a new Settings tab inside each business partner profile, keeping administrative configuration separate from contact info. No need to leave the document you're working on. A new Edit default payment method action is available from the supplier context menu in the document's details, so you can update the payment method as you validate the invoice.Delivery channels listed in priority order
Channels in the Edit delivery channels window are now ordered logically based on the connector's data, so the recommended channel always shows up first. → Read moreApprove purchase receipts in a row
After approving a receipt, Next and Previous buttons let you move through your receipts one after another, just like in Purchase Invoices. You no longer get bounced back to the list after every approval. → Read more
